North American theaters saw ticket sales fall to an estimated $63 million for the Halloween weekend, according to studio figures released Sunday. This total marks the third-lowest earning weekend of the year, a dip attributed to the holiday pulling audiences away from cinemas on Saturday.

The Elizabeth Holmes documentary, You Can See Everything, claimed the top spot for the first time. The film, directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, earned $10.6 million from 2,655 locations in its third week. Its domestic total now stands at $63.9 million, far exceeding its reported $7 million production budget.

DC Studios released Clayface finished second, trailing the documentary by roughly $200,000. The Batman villain film grossed $10.4 million, a 57 percent decline from its opening weekend. With a reported budget of $44 million, the movie has now collected $44.1 million in domestic receipts.

Laika’s animated feature Wildwood held the third position. The film expanded its release to 3,100 screens, adding 150 locations. It earned an estimated $7.5 million, a 39 percent drop from its previous weekend, bringing its total to $25.9 million.

Wicker, a comedy starring Olivia Colman and Alexander Skarsgard, placed fourth with $4.1 million. Street Fighter rounded out the top five in its third week with $3.2 million. In a notable expansion, the Sundance entry The Only Living Pickpocket in New York added more than 1,000 theaters and earned $1.9 million to reach eighth place.

Other releases included Netflix’s World War II film The Mosquito Bowl, which made $455,000 from 349 locations. The domestic box office remains up 17 percent from the same period last year, with total receipts nearing $8.5 billion. Final figures for the weekend are scheduled for release Monday.
